Our Vendors must be able to:
  • Agree to work in our Maintenance Portal called Property Meld
  • Communicate timely through the Property Meld system
  • Be able to coordinate appointment times with tenants and maintain scheduled appointments
  • Complete approved work in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high quality of work and respect at all times
  • High quality photos required of before and after of all jobs
  • Respectfully work in occupied homes
  • Invoice jobs in a timely manner
  • Be paid on a Net 15 day basis after job completion
  • Provide proof of liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
