As a WILMOTH Group vendor, you must be able to:

Agree to work in our Maintenance Portal called Property Meld
Communicate timely through the Property Meld system
Be able to coordinate appointment times with tenants and maintain scheduled appointments
Complete approved work in a timely manner
Maintain a high quality of work and respect at all times
High quality photos required of before and after of all jobs
Respectfully work in occupied homes
Invoice jobs in a timely manner
Be paid on a Net 15 day basis after job completion
Provide proof of liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
