- Move-Out Inspection
- Mid-Lease Inspection
- Lease Renewal Inspection
Your WILMOTH management agreement base fee includes Move-In, Move-Out and Lease Renewal inspections. This schedule ensures your property is inspected, in-person, annually. For a small extra fee, a Mid-Lease Inspection can be added which will provide inspections on an every 6-month basis.
Lease violation inspections are completed on an as-needed basis at no extra charge.
All inspections are completed in a professional manuscript full of photos and documentation. Owner’s will receive notice immediately that a copy has been shared with them at their owner portal.
