We utilize a maintenance management system called Property Meld. Property Meld allows our tenants to report maintenance needs and be kept in the loop with our maintenance throughout the entire process.
When you rent a WILMOTH Group property you will be sent an email invite from Property Meld to create an account. The log in for maintenance requests can be reached here. If you missed your invite please click here and request an invite in the log in box.
If you are having problems using your Property Meld account you can also contact us. We encourage all of our tenants to use Property Meld in order to receive updates and know the status of their repair requests.
